My names Josh and I'm the Principle Mortgage & Protection Adviser at Equinox Mortgages.

I founded Equinox so that I can offer personalised and understandable Mortgage & Protection solutions to everyone. These topics can feel daunting and confusing, and without the correct guidance they can be.

My Story

I've worked in the financial services industry for almost 10 years now. Starting in a high street bank, supporting Mortgage Underwriters in reviewing mortgage applications, before moving on to supporting the Brokers writing the applications.

This has given me invaluable insight into how these lenders work behind the scenes, and ultimately how to best position your application for approval by the lender.

I completed my Professional qualifications and went to work as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser in an Estate Agent in the South West. I grew to be one of their best advisers and learnt the world of Estate Agency along the way.

This will be invaluable when you are navigating the difficult waters of making offers and renegotiating.

I've now helped almost 200 customers find their dream home or refinance their existing one, whilst ensuring they remain financial stable.
